The letter you received on April 17th is below.
Here is the follow-up on your cover-up:
Silence is a choice. You have decided that your single Jewish resident has no voice. However, I believe otherwise, so let’s accelerate before Easter Sunday.
The April 17 letter, along with this follow-up, is now available on Substack, where my subscribers can read it. You buried Bowe's antisemitic attack in order not to embarrass a Jewish philanthropist--a close relative of the NYPD Commissioner.
The timeline is precise. You publicly honored this donor weeks away from the June 7th antisemitic attack.

It is an unremarkable coincidence that the NYPD, which was informed of the attack, did not contact me, despite receiving probable cause.

What's more remarkable is that I even told you at the time that I wouldn't interfere, and you still didn't help me secure an OOP after you booked the contribution.
What should I do next to protect myself and Kear?
I omitted to upload the video I recorded of Bowe's second aggravated harassment assault on July 23rd in front of your building, and the Substsack version corrects that omission. Here is the link, and my video of the July 23rd assault is embedded below.
In this video, Horace Bowe threatens me:
"I’m going to f&ck you up if you don't stop putting complaints on me,"
He is pointing his toy rifle at my face--again--and pulling the trigger, which is precisely what he did on June 7th.
In addition, as your employee's report will attest, he launched into a homophobic tirade at me on June 7th, which I have previously withheld. As you know from the history of the Holocaust, Hitler committed a genocide of the Jews, and did not spare gay men, Gypsies, and other minorities--actions Mr Bowe approved of when he yelled at me:
"Kill All the Jews- Hitler had it right."
How have you not endangered my gay and trans neighbors and building staff by your intentionally preventing me from moving forward with law enforcement?

When your court filings against Mr.Bowe are exposed to the public, they will be adjudged insufficient due to your tolerance of his antisemitic tirade.
For good reason, too, as you were also pursuing a substantial Jewish philanthropist for a large donation, one who is related to the NYPD Commissioner, who would have been embarrassed.
For ten months, your silence and complete lack of cooperation, when I was trying to obtain evidence needed to secure a "full stay away" OOP against a feral homophobic antisemite, speaks loudly against your non-profit's alleged public service dedication, and personally inculpates you and your senior Officers, except your CFO/ General Counsel who coincidentally just resigned to become CFO of the Episcopal Church.
No doubt, the Presiding Bishop has a different view of antisemitism and homophobia than your Officers.
Last.
According to mayoral candidate Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani's Revenue Plan (attached), landlords owe $ 800 million in unpaid fees for violations. I also attach your federal Form 990 and your Annual Statement.
Pretend I am from Mars, where is the disclosure of Community Access's accrued unpaid fees? What is the number? Considering the disrepair that the DOB found in our elevator, which serves seniors and tenants with disabilities, I am told it will result in a minimum fine of $7,000. What is the overall deferred figure? I cannot find it in the balance sheet, but CA receives over $30 million in government funding, so it could be masked in several places, along with a $ 4 million receivable.

Explain to yourself the difference from Horace Bowe saying to me: "Kill all the Jews, Hitler had it right" while pointing two plastic weapons at my head recorded on your camera and witnessed by Singh, your Front Desk "employee," which she reported to me in an interview the next day, before she submitted her Incident Report to Community Access.
This is my formal and final request for the evidence of Horace Bowe's assault on June 7th that I need to file complaints with the authorities for Aggravated Harassment and a Hate Crime. I would advise you that the Oneida County DA has charged Adyn Brenden with a Class "E" felony, Aggravated Harassment in the First Degree, for a similar crime at Hamilton College on October 11, 2024, when he simply defaced college property with this:
"Kill all the Jews wherever you find them."
Not only were Brenden's charges not reduced, as predicted by his defense counsel, but Mr. Brenden waived his right to a grand jury, and Oneida County is moving forward with the prosecution.

I believe you are protecting Mr. Bowe to protect your reputation, and that you may have undisclosed concerns because I requested an anti-semitism policy before October 7, 2023, which you declined in writing. Your COO, Pat Johnson, also refused an anti-Semitism policy both after the October 7th massacre and after Bowe's two assaults.
If you cannot foresee the potential for cascading and the personal threat to me, your only Jewish resident, then I hope this memo is helpful, as are the links provided. I haven't posted this open letter on my Substack column yet and will wait until Shabbat is over on the evening of April 19th to make that decision.
I will swear, under oath, that I am telling the truth. Community Access no longer deserves the free pass that my Congressman and our current Mayor afford them.
