Dear Cal:
Treating people with dignity and respect was my first language, and my dinner lesson every night with my father, who was the only Jewish officer on a USN aircraft carrier for 27 months, two battle tours, and who made "house calls" to poor seniors in the middle of the night in the Bronx.
Having an admirable corporate motto does not make a company's officers decent and respectful. I do not need an apology from you or your officers.
I do need to be treated with decency and respect. Instead, at every opportunity you, and your C-level colleagues, have treated me like the “fucking Jew” that Ray (5K) was today brave enough to articulate. I have never in my life permitted another person to say that to me and to walk away in silence as I did twice today, on their two feet.
Tomorrow, I will make sure you have in your hands factual claims that your officers have committed antisemitism and sanctioned it in your clients. I have offered you a reasonable settlement, and you have silenced me, which, at minimum, is emotional abuse of a narcissist.
On Monday, I will submit a petition to the IRS, through third parties, requesting that you lose your 501(c)(3) status. I have reason to believe that I will prevail, and I also expect former CA employees to corroborate my position.
I see no reason to tolerate your intolerance another day.
