Let's make a deal, as NAI sells more equity to pay down bondholders whilst #AMPTP "just says no."

The debt tail is wagging the equity dog. And both equity holders and D&O insurers at Paramount ought to be worried about not negotiating a deal which circumvents #AMPTP’s one studio veto rule.

And, clearly, I am better at dogs’ names than humans, so my apology to Fran.
